Numbers Represented by Letters

Each of the six letters below stands for one of the numbers from one to nine, and no letter stands for more than one number. Using the following four clues, can you find out the number represented by each letter?

Clues:
M is the largest number in the top row across.
The value of Q is 9.
Each row across totals 12.
